Bobbie has several years of experience in the dental field and enjoys a challenge. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, two grown children, and their dog, Dexter. They enjoy swimming, skiing, camping, and hanging out with friends. She currently lives in Sunbury.
Jessica takes pleasure in building relationships with her patients and transforming smiles. She is passionate about Orthodontics because she loves seeing the boost of confidence in patients throughout treatment as their smile transforms. Jessica has been in the dental field since 2019. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They enjoy going for bike rides, visiting the zoo, spending time outdoors, and game nights. Jessica currently lives in Marysville.
Cassie enjoys changing smiles and building relationships with her patients. She is passionate about orthodontics because she loves to see the total transformation of smiles and confidence. Cassie has been in the dental field since 2010, in Orthodontics since 2013, and graduated from Ohio Christian University with an Associate of Arts degree. In her spare time, Cassie enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband and spending time with her 3 kids. She currently lives in Powell.
Erin is a Scheduling Coordinator at Rose Orthodontics. Since joining the team in 2023, she has worked with scheduling and taking care of patients at the front desk.
She enjoys working in reception and scheduling because she loves organization and helping patients. Erin has been recognized in her field for her customer service skills.
In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, gaming, and creating art. Erin currently lives in Marion with her husband and multiple pets.
Lori is passionate about dental practice administration. With more than 30 years of experience in the dental field, she loves helping to grow the practice and working with the team to create an outstanding team and patient environment. In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her pup, Finn. Lori and her husband enjoy camping most weekends and supporting her favorite sports teams (OSU Buckeyes, Miami Dolphins, and the KC Royals). Lori currently lives in Columbus.
Irene is proud to say she has met every patient at Rose Orthodontics because she is the first person you see in your consultation. She has worked with Dr. Rose since before Rose Orthodontics opened in 2018. She and her husband, Jay, have 2 daughters, Lakyn and Lainey. They also have 2 Great Danes, Moose and Walley. Irene graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. Her career transitioned to orthodontics in 2013 when she started doing marketing for several offices. In her free time, Irene enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
Dr. Aaron Rose lives in Delaware County with his wife, Rachel, and their 2 beautiful daughters. He is originally from Kentucky where he earned his degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Rose received his dental training at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry before continuing his education to become an orthodontist.
Orthodontics is a specialty in dentistry. To be an orthodontist, a dentist must complete a 2-3 year residency following dental school. Dr. Rose attended his residency at Saint Louis University. In addition to learning advanced orthodontic techniques, he completed a master’s thesis on smile esthetics.
Dr. Rose opened Rose Orthodontics in 2018. He is passionate about providing a superior level of care for his patients. This includes producing great treatment results, clear and professional communication, and providing an experience that exceeds expectations. Supporting the Delaware community is also very important to Dr. Rose and his team at Rose Orthodontics. “Our mission is to not only create beautiful smiles but also to give people a reason to smile. We do that in the office by getting to know our patients and in the community by supporting our local schools, sponsoring youth athletics, participating in community events, and even hosting events like our annual ice cream truck party.”
Outside of the office, Dr. Rose and his wife enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time as a family. Dr. Rose is an avid fan of Kentucky Basketball and Ohio State Football. He enjoys all sports, playing guitar, and spending time with his friends, family, and their dog, Murphy.
